Area Rules

  • No caravans allowed
  • The use of gasoline/diesel generators is prohibited
  • Do not move the motorhome from the plot without consulting reception
  • Washing vehicles is not allowed in the loading/unloading areas
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and under control. Owners must clean up after their pets
  • Playing music at inappropriate volume is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Vehicles must drive at a speed of less than 10 km/h within the area
  • Vehicles under 9 meters cannot park in the “Luxury” plots
  • Visitors must park their vehicles outside the motorhome area
  • Failure to comply with our internal rules or a lack of respect for others will result in expulsion from the motorhome area
  • For the calculation of the number of days, it will be considered that they begin at 12:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 a.m. the following day. Any fraction of a day will be charged as a full day.
  • It is forbidden to pour liquids or throw garbage outside the designated areas.

  • If hoses are required for water or electricity supply, the vehicle owner is responsible for correct connection and for laying the hoses as short as possible, avoiding pedestrian pathways.

  • The user is solely responsible for any injuries to themselves or third parties, as well as damages to their own or third-party property caused by normal or improper use of the facilities. The stay of motorhomes and all objects within them in the area is at the owner’s risk, and they are responsible for taking necessary measures to protect their belongings from theft or damage, including securing their property.

  • In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, Desarrollos Turísticos Calnegre S.L., located at Calle MAYOR, S/N – BUZON 501 PUNTAS DE CALNEGRE, will process personal data provided for service processing. The data will be part of a personal data file under the responsibility of this entity, for the purpose of providing the service. To exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, the interested party must send a written communication to Desarrollos Turísticos Calnegre S.L. at the address provided, attaching a copy of their National Identity Document or equivalent identification document.

Booking Conditions

  • Minimum 15 days
  • Reservations can be made based on available plots and are subject to the corresponding prices, including taxes.
  • The amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 10 days before your arrival and up to a maximum of two months, a 20% charge of the total will apply.
  • If you cancel your reservation between 9 and 4 days before your arrival, a 40% charge of the total will apply.
  • If there is no arrival or if you cancel 3 days before, an 80% charge of the total will apply.
  • In justified cases with written proof, such as medical situations or similar, the total amount will be refunded.
